Our Process
Free consultation and quote
Start by reaching out by phone or email on this site. We’ll schedule a consultation focused on your project goals—by phone, in person, or often onsite. This is a collaborative conversation about desired outcomes, design ideas, and color schemes. We outline our preparation and finishing methods and recommend products based on the specifics of your project. Consultations are provided at no charge
During or after the consultation, you may request a quote. Jupiter Paint Company will schedule an onsite visit to measure and assess the project and prepare a detailed proposal that includes:
Scheduling options and project timeline
Scope of work, preparation, and finishing methods
Product and material recommendations
Labor and material costs
Total project cost and terms
We collaborate with you to refine the proposal until you’re ready to schedule.
Price Assurance
Our quotes are fixed for the described scope of work. If labor or material costs exceed expectations, the quoted price does not increase. Any additional work outside the original scope requires a written change order approved before proceeding.
Quotes are provided at no charge.
Scheduling your project
To reserve a place on our schedule, a 10% deposit of the total project cost is required.
Project payment
An additional 20% deposit is due seven (7) days before project start.
The remaining 70% balance is due within seven (7) days of project completion.
We are happy to provide full transparency, including invoices for materials and records of labor hours upon request.
Project walkthrough & warranty
At completion, we conduct a customer walk-through to address final touch-ups and ensure your full satisfaction.
Jupiter Paint Company provides a two (2) year workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
This warranty covers peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by improper surface preparation or application.
It does not cover:
Moisture intrusion or leaks
Structural movement
Normal wear and tear
Customer-supplied materials
Warranty concerns are inspected promptly and, when covered, addressed within 14 days whenever possible.
